You'll need to place your orders at the counter and your beverages will be served to your table when it's done.

Order and Payment

Sinful yet hard to resist snacks and desserts

Scones and Cookies

The One and Only Peanut Butter Latte

Tiramisu

Orders of the night

The peanut butter latte was milky, something which I rarely taste. It would be a nice option if you're not interested with coffee. Theres's a series of coolist which is a ice blended non coffee option. Meanwhile, the tiramisu have a sufficient coffee taste. The aroma of the coffee lingering in the cream of the tiramisu is rarely found in any ordinary cafe.
The atmosphere of ground floor

If you're planning to visit during peak yum cha hours, please be prepare to wait for your seats. Tables for big group above 4 are hard to get. No worries, reservations are available.

Levain Boulangerie & Patisserie

Levain, a lovely cafe where you will be impressed by it's design. An elegant cafe in a bungalow which we will rarely see. Saw many of my friends check in here through FB and Instagram really attracts me. One fine day, Im here with my BFF *like finally*. However, it's quite hard to find parking as the parking lots in Levain are very limited.

The first thing you MUST do when you reach Levain iz to take an "OCCUPIED" name plate. Then find an empty table, place on it and yeah.. you can fly to anywhere you like. The name plate is the sign of the table is being book by YOU. So you can take you own sweet time to hunt for your food. Oh ya, u have to queue and order food by urself. Menu is on the board :x

Friends, got my idea? Just that simple (:

Levain are popular with breads, pastries, cakes and pastas. They have many pretty cakes and breads. They are all smell so good that you feel like eating all of them.

Here we go. Mushroom soup. yums.

Then , salad. My all-time favourite food.

Latte with love shape design. Isn't it lovely?

Seafood Aglio Olio spaghetti

are you feeling tempted ?

They even have a similar cafe , Shakepeare Boulangerie & patisserie which is located at SS15. Will pay a visit there when i have chance to. They are under the same management. *wink*
Anyway, Levain is a nice place to chill. Nice environment and designs. Suitable for every occasion. Family dinner and friends gathering.

Gobo Upstairs @ Traders Hotel KL

Located at the heart of KL, Gobo Upstairs is a cosy restaurant with great view. Just the right restaurant to impress a gal for a memorable dinner date. However, only the lounge area have a direct view to KLCC, dining area has a view to the Exxon Mobil building. It's located on the level 6 of Traders Hotel which is just a stone away KLCC mall.

Drink & food menu

Although the food choices were limited, Gobo actually have it's main separated from it's side. You would have the flexibility to choose the steak, side dish and even it's sauce. And if u're just lazy, there's three Gobo Signature Dishes and that's the main course which we had that night. They're actually kind enough make their menu available online for us to have a sneak preview.

Skewer

Bread with truffle butter

Upon finishing our order, we were served with complimentary bread with truffle butter and beef skewer. The skewers were served creatively in a tiny jar with cherry tomatoes.

For stater, we had ordered 3 out of the 4 soups they serve. The taste of the soups were just spot on. Personally, I would prefer the clam chowder.
Mushroom soup

Clam chowder

Lobster bisque

Here comes the main dishes, we had ordered all their 3 signature dishes.
Pan seared cod fish

Grilled Black Angus tenderloin with king prawn

Grilled lamb cutlet and sirloin steak churrasco

The view to impress. Since I arrived the restaurant before sunset, I'm able to capture the KLCC view with sunlight and the night KLCC view.

Day view

Night view

If u're looking for a romantic restaurant with a view to impress, you could consider this restaurant. Anyway, please do make a reservation for your visit as there's limited tables especially when u're in a big group. The next dish I would love to try out would be the Kobe Wagyu.

Salute Dining & Wine

Salute Dining & Wine..  name sounds grand right? My buddies & I coincidentally found this restaurant when we were wandering around ss15 :) We got nothing better to do before class and decided to hunt for food at ss15 area. This restaurant was newly opened and we decided to have a try. There weren't any customer when I arrived. It's kinda quiet and dark.

Now you trust me there's no one? LOL

The interior is quite spacious , there are few long table which can fit bunch of friends like 6-8 person. U can also see through the kitchen from ur dining place. Somehow it make me feel uncomfortable. I am afraid that I might see something disgusting or what. You know la, how clean can it be? But... if we don't look, then the thoughts wont be there. LOL

U can have a peek at the kitchen if you want

Lemme share something amusing with you. I know I'm bad by laughing at it but I just cant control myself. It's about the menu. Guess what? The size of the menu is as big as the size of a square table. You will see a lady/man carrying a big board to your place and then you realize it's a menu. feeling troll though. Maybe that's the way to show that they are special and different from other restaurant.

Imagine 4 pieces of a4 were placed in a frame

So, Dexter ordered fries as he wasn't hungry that time. The fries was so-so only , it's kinda soggy when served. They claimed their fries as 'probably the best fries in town'. Yea, probably only. LOL. Not worth it. The portion was small and ... normal fries lah.

Belgian Fries with cheddar cheese (L)
RM 7.50

Sleepy ordered this and he said it was delicious and fulfilling. The portion is big. Chicken is crunchy and not overcooked. They offered this set menu which cost only RM12 as their restaurant opening promotion.

Penne Cordon Bleu with a glass of ice lemon tea (RM12)

I ordered this as I love carbonara and at the same time craving for bacon. Perfect combination for me. Somehow it did not impress much. Pasta serve was kinda cold. Idk it's because of the cold air-conditioner or what. It's just cold. Undeniable the portion is really big. Could barely walk with my big stomach after eating this. LOL

Spaghetti Carbonara beef bacon with ice lemon tea (RM12)

Eventually, it suits more for lunch break or quick grab rather than dinner. Service speed was fast and helpful staff. Food wasn't impressive and could be improve. It is still an affordable place to visit.
Take note, they only charge 5% service tax, no government tax. *clap clap*
Spending approximately RM5-20 (Lunch)

Seoul Palace Korean BBQ

Went to Seoul Palace (Bukit Tinggi outlet) for lunch with mom as we had bought voucher from living social few days ago. It is a meal for 2 pax which I think more like a 3pax meal.
RM43 deal for Korean BBQ pork / chicken set which include dolsot bimbimbap + kimchi jjigae + 1 rice + 2 Korean juice + refillable Banchan.

We were greeted and directed to our seat once we arrived. The staff was okay , quite friendly. lols. But the funny part was we are the only customer which idk why and it's a Saturday, 1pm. I expect to see more human beings than empty seats. We handed the printed voucher and choose pork over chicken. *grins* The serving speed was pretty fast. ( Maybe it's because we are the only customer? )

side dishes with kimchi jjigae

Here comes the dolsot bimbimbap
Mix them together & dig in

rice + pork + vege

The pork was grilled and cutted into pieces nicely. You could barely feel the fats actually. Hmm, saw the plate of vege? It is to wrapped the pork together then stuff them into your mouth. lols. no hard feeling k. They are deliciously healthy and not-so-fattening. Everything is about vege. It may look not sufficient for two person but it's actually moreee than enough. My stomach almost burst although there are 3person sharing this set. The actual price for this 2pax BBQ set is RM60. Still not very pricey. Not to forget, they also offer set lunch which the price range is around RM11-16. But it is only valid on weekdays from 11am-3pm

There are total of four outlets;
1. Bandar Baru Klang
2. Bukit Tinggi Klang
3. Kuchai Lama
